Pasta Salad

   Are you tired of the same old boring salads? Looking for something with a little more pizzazz? Well, look no further! This mouthwatering Italian pasta salad will have your taste buds doing the happy dance.

Ingredients:

Roasted Garlic Wedge

10oz Bowtie Pasta

5oz can Sundried Tomatoes, drained and chopped

14oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

¼ small Red Onion, julienned

2 cups Cherry Tomato, halved

½ cup Basil, chopped

.

1 cup Italian Dressing

¼ cup EVOO

2 Tablespoon white vinegar

2 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon agave

1 garlic clove grated

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon thyme

salt & pepper

Instructions:

● Cook pasta al dente, strain and set aside

● Prepare vegetables and inclusions

● Cut Roasted Garlic wedge into cubes, or crumble into bite sized pieces

● In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir. Best prepared ahead of time to allow all flavors to incorporate!
