    Are you ready to cool down with a sweet treat with probiotic deliciousness? Look no further than our vegan ice cream bars made with our cream cheese! These bars are the perfect combination of creamy, indulgent, and oh-so-delicious. Let's dive into what makes them so irresistible!

Ingredients:

Original Cream Cheese

½ cup dates, pitted and soaked

½ cup peanut butter

3 Tablespoon agave

⅔ cup coconut milk

2 Tablespoon refined coconut oil

1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

● Make sure dates are pitted and then soak dates in hot water for 5- 10 mins, then strain off water.

● To blender or food processor, add cream cheese, dates, peanut butter, agave, and coconut milk

● Blend until smooth and then add to 9x9 loaf pan lined with saran wrap or wax paper

● Store in freezer 4-6 hours to set In large bowl, add dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in microwave.

● Cut bars to desired size, dip each in chocolate, top with sea salt and place in freezer to harden
