Refund policy

Shipping Refunds: Our shipping platform provides a $100 insurance product coverage amount for packages that are delayed or damaged at the fault of our shipping carrier. Should you wish to insure your purchase further, prior to shipment, please contact orders@darevegancheese.com. Please note, insurance will not cover packages that are refused or unable to be delivered due to conditions outside of the shipping carrier's control.

- Please note, as a perishable product, returns are not accepted.  

- Refunds will be paid in the amount of the purchase price and sales tax paid, including any discounts. Shipping and handling costs and any other costs associated with your purchase will not be refunded. 

- Refunds apply only to products purchased directly through our online store – we do not issue refunds for products purchased through any other retail partners.

- Refunds are not available due to customer error when inputting an address. 

- Refunds are not available for items affected by environmental factors post-delivery. Customers are advised to review the Shipping Policy for detailed information.

- Please contact customer service immediately upon discovering any issues with your order. Please provide clear photos of the cheese, the box and all shipping materials; and indicate a brief description of the issue with the product. Retain the product and packaging until advised by customer service. Follow any additional instructions provided by the customer service team for a resolution.

- As a perishable product, we must ask for these instructions be adhered to ensure food safety protocols:

  • If you have concerns about the arrival temperature of the cheese, please use a food-grade thermometer to verify that the internal temperature is 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Please note that even though the surface temperature of the cheese may not feel cold to the touch, it does not necessarily indicate spoilage.
  • Please provide document proof of temperature if it exceeds the safe threshold to initiate a refund process.

- Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. 

- Issued refunds can take up to 10 days to post in your bank account or credit card. If you don't see your refund after this period of time, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
