Ingredients
5-oz. fresh spinach
10-oz. jar artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 Roasted Garlic Wedge
Directions
Heat a saucepan filled with enough water to cover the bottom on the stove over high heat.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the spinach and cover for 1-2 minutes to steam.
