Mother’s Day might’ve crept up again, but don’t worry, we’ve got you. And more importantly, we’ve got your menu. 

At Darë, food is our love language and we’re willing to bet it’s the same for all mothers in your life. So this year, skip the brunch reservation and treat them to something a little more you. That is: full of flavor, no dairy in sight, and just the right amount of extra.

We’ve pulled together a few of our favorite recipes - a mix of cult classics and newer creations - to help you build a day of vegan delights from breakfast to dessert. Whether you’re cooking for your mom, your chosen fam, or just giving yourself the cheesiest Sunday possible, these are guaranteed to bring the love.

 

Here’s the line-up:

Breakfast:

Vegan Waffles with Berry Compote and Cream Cheese


Start the day soft and golden with these crisp-edged waffles, perfect for a breakfast in bed/on the couch/in the yard. Topped with tangy berries and our Darë cream cheese, they're sweet, savory, and stackable.

A midday showstopper. Our fan-fave Smoked Pimento meets smoky tempeh bacon, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomato for a sandwich that’s equal parts comfort and flavor bomb.

Pre-Dinner Snack:

Whipped Tofu and Cheese Protein Dip


It’s snack o’clock. This creamy, craveable dip packs flavor, plant protein, and mega cheesy vibes - thanks to our Roasted Garlic Wedge. Serve with crackers, chips, or crunchy veggies and then watch it disappear.

 

 

* Note: Here is the improv course. You could take your mom out for a dreamy meal, get a takeaway, or choose from one of our other many recipes here. You could also do an eye mask, lounge on the couch or play floor is lava, whatever calls to you.
