Strawberry Shortcake

Summer time as a millennial kid was spent chomping down those terribly delicious, and artificially filled, Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bars. Channeling that childhood love, we’ve created the vegan option in cheesecake form that is full on flavor AND good ingredients.

Original Cheesecake: Cashews, Coconut Oil, Powdered Sugar, Filtered Water, Gluten Free Oats, Coconut Milk, Dates, Salt, Lemon Juice, Vanilla Paste, Cultures. Contains Cashew, Coconut.

Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake: Cashews, Coconut Oil, Powdered Sugar, Filtered Water Strawberry Puree (Strawberries, Water, Granulated Sugar), Gluten Free Oats, Coconut Milk, Dates, Salt, Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk, Tapioca Malodextrin, Gum Acacia), Lemon Juice. I wish I could show a picture, but it was all gone so fast! We had very health conscious friends visiting and they absolutely loved it!

Amazing texture and delicious cheesecake. As a cheesecake commissure, I'd say you are a bit heavy on the cream cheese flavor (I thought it was amazing, but my wife said, "It just tastes like I'm eating a block of cream cheese"). To tone it down, consider adding vanilla to your plain cheesecake, which will bring it closer to a traditional flavor with slightly less tartness.

Either way, the strawberry shortcake cheesecake is a knockout! Great cheesecake overall. You are our go-to now for vegan cheesecake (and cheeses)!
