With no exaggeration at all, I can honestly say this is the best non-dairy cheese I have tried. And, as I have a dairy allergy, I have tried a lot. Flavor is not only great, it pairs well with other foods. Texture is good and it is easy to spread on bread or just cut a slice and lay it down. Melts well on mini pizzas! Really worth it if you enjoy food and flavors.
