Here’s how we stack it: 
Refried Beans: The hearty base that keeps the dip grounded.

Vegan Mexican Sour Cream: Our cream cheese makes this layer smooth and dreamy, it adds a luscious creaminess that’ll make you say, "How is this dairy-free?"

With our Spicy Queso and Plain Cream Cheese leading the charge, this simple combo is a surefire win for your next gathering. Because when it comes to dips, seven layers are better than one, and dairy-free is just the cherry tomato on top.


THE RECIPE:

Serves: 6-8

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients:

1 cup refried beans
3/4 cup Mexican sour cream

-¼ cup Cream Cheese

-1/2 cup vegan yogurt

-1 TBSP taco seasoning

1 cup guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup salsa of choice
1 cup Spicy Queso
1/2 bell pepper, diced
¼ cup cilantro, minced

For serving: Tortilla chips 

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients for the Mexican sour cream in a separate bowl until it’s well combined and fluffy.
Next, layer each “ingredient” across a medium-sized casserole glass dish or serving bowl in the order listed above. 
Use a spatula to spread each layer out evenly. Serve immediately with chips of choice. 
Store leftover dip covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
