Cashews, Coconut Oil, Filtered Water, Coconut Milk, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Chickpea Miso (Rice, Chickpeas, Salt, Water, Koji Spores), Lactic Acid, Dijon Mustard (Mustard Seeds, White Wine Vinegar, Water, Salt), Gluten Free Oats, Brown Rice Syrup, Natural Smoke Flavoring, Paprika, Cultures.

Smoked cheddar is one of my favorites. It’s rich and satisfying. Not too smoky, just enough to enhance the delicious existing cheddar flavor. My favorite way to eat this one is all by itself. Also the perfect charcuterie cheese.
